What is included, when you get billed, and what happens if you cancel.
What is included in the free trial?
Every plan starts with a 7 day free trial. You get full access to all features in the plan you choose. No credit card is required to start, and the trial does not auto-renew if you do nothing.
Can I switch plans after signing up?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your workspace settings. When you upgrade, the change takes effect immediately and the difference is prorated. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing charges you for ten months up front and gives you twelve. The effective monthly rate is lower than paying month to month. You can switch to annual at any time; unused monthly credit is applied to the annual invoice.
What happens if I cancel?
Your workspace stays active until the end of the paid period. After that it moves to a read-only state so you can export your data. Nothing is deleted for 30 days after the period ends.
Is pricing per user or per workspace?
Per user. Every member of the workspace counts toward the seat count. You can invite and remove members at any time; billing adjusts at the next cycle.
