1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information Blop collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to your use of the Blop service.

2. Information we collect

Account information (such as name and email), workspace and project configuration, test runs and their results, and usage data needed to operate and improve the service.

3. How we use information

To provide and maintain the service, authenticate you, run and triage tests, generate fix suggestions, communicate with you, and improve product quality and security.

4. Sub-processors

Blop relies on third-party infrastructure providers to operate (for example, cloud hosting, database, object storage, payments, and email delivery). The current list of sub-processors is maintained and updated as our infrastructure changes.

5. Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Test artifacts are subject to a retention window after which they are deleted from storage.

6. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Secrets are encrypted at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email.
