By accessing or using Blop you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. The service
Blop provides automated quality-assurance tooling, including test execution, failure triage, and AI-assisted fix suggestions. Features may change over time.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, or use it to violate any applicable law or third-party right.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your workspace billing settings.
6. Intellectual property
Blop and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the company and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your content remains yours.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
